  David Donaldson is the President and CEO of ERISA Risk Management, LLC, overseeing its family of fiduciary-focused companies. A former Senior Investigator with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), David led national investigations into employee benefit plans, service providers, and investment conflicts. He also developed DOL training programs on fiduciary oversight and investment practices. Before his government service, David worked for leading Wall Street firms, advising on retirement plan management and fiduciary compliance. A frequent national speaker, expert witness, and recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Defined Contribution, David brings over 27 years of experience and an unmatched perspective to ERISA plan governance.
